My name is Molly Fredrickson, and I’m a sophomore at the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder. I’m currently majoring in Finance, but I’m still exploring different areas of business before deciding on my emphasis. I have a strong interest in financial management, marketing, and organizational strategy, and I enjoy applying what I learn in real-world experiences.

My background includes tutoring at Kumon Learning Center, where I’ve helped students improve their academic performance through personalized teaching strategies. I also gained hands-on experience in order fulfillment and inventory management while working at S. Abraham and Sons. Additionally, my internship at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies allowed me to teach environmental sustainability and assist with organizational planning.

Beyond academics and work, I love to travel, ski, scuba dive, and explore new cultures. I had the opportunity to study at the London School of Economics, where I deepened my understanding of customer behavior and marketing strategies. I’m also passionate about volunteering, having co-founded a club that supported homeless individuals through fundraising and donation drives.

I’m always eager to learn, collaborate, and take on new challenges, and I look forward to continuing to grow both professionally and personally during my time at CU Boulder.
