Biography

I’m a time served customer manager with a background in Telecommunications. Before joining the fantastic world of Software I held  positions with the 2 largest Telco providers in the UK, I take pride in understanding the needs of my customers and always do what I can to minimise pain problems and overcome challenges. Having a customer centric focus drives trust and responsibility which strengthens stability and retention for both organisations.

I made the decision to move to Martello for 2 reasons, the product and the people. After a short time I knew I made the right move,  having exposure and engagement from every level of the company when I need it and is a quality I have very rarely come across. As for the product you know people will want it when it resolves and eases problems occurring in many businesses all over the world.

And that is why I have fallen in love with software. The capabilities and business applications are astounding but I am sure we are all going to see some very remarkable announcements during Ignite. Not just the technology to help global business with array of challenges but the innovation that will be brought to the individual on a very personal level.
