Lex build up over the years a broad executive-level experience in general management, international sales leadership, marketing and business development in the EMEA and APAC regions in both publicly traded companies and start-up technology companies.   He has been active for more then 2 decades in the UC and CX technology industry, with experience covering; Natural Language Understanding, Speech Analytics, Workforce Engagement Management, Unified Communications (UCaaS), Robotic Process Automation, Knowledge Management solutions and CCaaS

In 2014 Lex and some like-minded (former) colleagues started CyberTwice, which has now grown into a global software vendor (part of the Vanad Group since 2024), focusing on building Azure-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications for secure and compliant (Video) recording and analysis, Video Access Control (Intercoms) and Video Surveillance (CCTV), tight integrated with Microsoft Teams. Today, thousands of organizations in more than 35 countries are using CyberTwice apps.

Prior to his current activities at CyberTwice he was founder of CXqualizer (CX advisory), worked at Nice Ltd as VP Sales Northern & Eastern Europe and at NEC Enterprise Solutions as VP Sales & Marketing EMEA.
