Session Description

You may not have heard of Azure Communication Services, or are wondering what place an Azure product has at a Teams-focussed event. Allow me to elaborate...

Azure Communication Services (ACS) are tooling that allows you to create your own communication solutions and applications by leveraging the ACS platform.

At a high level this session will cover:

  • ACS features
  • How ACS works
  • How you can make use of ACS with Teams

What do I mean by the 'missing piece'? When it comes to communicating with Teams there are gaps and shortfalls that are not covered by Teams out of the box, this is where you can use ACS to fill some of those gaps.

Real-world examples on how you can leverage ACS within your Teams deployment will be talked about and demonstrated.

The session is not developer focused (but there will be some code to explain concepts), you don't need to be an expert in Azure either.
