Using AI to Squeeze Every Ounce/Gram of Value Out of Microsoft Teams Meetings
Session Description
When it comes to Hybrid Work trends, a need for inclusivity is the name of the game. However, many organizations still struggle with the best way to use technology to achieve this goal.
In-room meeting participants may not feel as represented in the virtual meeting space. Remote working conditions may lack the needed lighting or proper audio/video gear for a quality presence in these meetings. Physical collaboration solutions, like whiteboards, may not translate well into virtual meetings.
This is where technology - at both the platform AND device levels - becomes critical. It is increasingly important to strike the right balance of AI capabilities built into the Microsoft Teams client, with the hardware-enabled AI functions of various Teams certified devices.
This session aims to provide a tour of what these AI capabilities are, where they work together or overlap between the Microsoft Teams client and OEM devices, and strategies for ensuring that the right AI features are selected and used across both delivery mechanisms.
