Session Description
Welcome to this session where you will learn how to use Teams in a way that suits your (sorry for being the one to break it to you) ancient brain.
We will dig deeper into neuroscience to explain why some digital behaviours is directly contraproductive for our brains and which digital behaviours should be promoted. And you will of course get hands-on tips so that you can change your way of working in Teams right away.
Caroline Kallin is working as a change manager within Microsoft 365 and is very passionate about digital behaviours within the platform that helps us avoid mental fatigue.
So do your brain a favour, come and listen to this session!
