Join us for an in-depth session where we explore how to extend the Copilot in Dynamics 365 leveraging Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.

In this session, we will dive into three advanced use cases that demonstrate the practical applications of these powerful tools.

First, we will explore how to improve customer service with an AI-powered agent that resolves customer issues and raises service requests via Power Pages. Second, we will showcase how to enhance sales processes with AI-driven insights using Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales. Finally, we will present a Proof of Concept on how Copilot Agent can automate a membership renewal process to reduce manual effort and ensure timely renewals.

By the end of this session, you will have a clear understanding of how to extend the Copilot in Dynamics 365 to build valuable use cases.
