Session Description

Microsoft 365 packs powerful tools that most organizations under use or overlook.

This session focuses on a trio that work well together: Copilot, Power Automate and Teams. Used in combination, they can take a surprising amount of repetition out of day-to-day IT work and make it much easier to stay on top of what is happening across your environment.

We will walk through several practical examples of how you can build Power Automate flows to track, triage and stay ahead of events in Microsoft 365, from system alerts to activity inside Teams.

We will also look at where Copilot fits into these processes to help interpret the data you collect, accelerate troubleshooting and reduce some of the learning curve that comes with building automations in the first place.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear sense of how these tools complement each other and a set of ideas you can take back to your own environment to make your workflows faster, cleaner and a lot less manual.
