Session Description

There are so many ways to build agents for Teams or M365 Copilot it can be quite confusing.

In this session we will cover the two most common tools: Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.

We’ll show you how both tools can build intelligent, custom agents that are resilient, and scalable - but with a different approach.

We’ll also break down the architectural patterns behind multi‑agent design, from orchestration and delegation (of connected agents) to context‑sharing and guardrails.

Through live demos, you’ll see how Copilot Studio lowers the barrier to agent creation versus the M365 Agents Toolkit empowering developers to build more deeply customised agents using additional models, capabilities, knowledge and tools/actions.

This session is aimed at architects, developers and power users looking for the possible when building your next agent. You should expect to leave this session with a head full of ideas on building multi-agent solutions, and crucially when to use which tool for each agent.
