The reality of making these solutions is that part of it is the delivery of the technology but the real importance is in engaging with the people who will benefit directly and who will be impacted. We will talk through the realities of making change happen and keeping everyone happy along the way, from those at fear of their jobs to the top stakeholders who need to find money to survive and help patients.
