Copilot Isn’t Broken, but Your M365 Productivity Stack Might Be

You’ve tried Copilot. The results were… fine. Sometimes useful, sometimes baffling, occasionally just wrong.It’s easy to blame the AI and move on, but the gap is rarely about Copilot alone. It usually comes down to expectations, where data lives, how tools are used, and the technical limits Copilot has today.

This session focuses on creating the conditions Copilot needs to be effective. By examining how work flows across To Do, Planner, OneNote, Loop, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint, we will show how tool choice and usage patterns directly affect productivity and what Copilot is able to deliver.
