Biography

Ben is an author, Microsoft MVP, MCT and Head "Microsoft" Nerd at N-Able. He has spent most of his career working with Microsoft technologies and, for the last 15 years, has specialized in their Productivity and Collaboration tools. Over the years, he has helped many organizations understand and overcome challenges, from deep technical issues to adoption and training.

He enjoys sharing knowledge with others and regularly speaks at conferences and user groups worldwide. He is the author of Sybex's "MS-700 Teams study guide" book and is a monthly contributor to the "Office 365 for IT Pros" eBook.

He is very much at home in the technical weeds, and loves finding problems to solve or challenges to overcome.
