Session Description
Unlike many other Microsoft Products, your success with Microsoft Teams depends on the right choice of ecosystem solution. User devices, phones, room systems, compliance recording, contact centre and PSTN connectivity are typically required, and some organisations may need eCDN, VDI or advanced management and reporting tools.
Tom Arbuthnot spends much time talking to enterprise customers and ecosystem solution providers. In this session, take a tour of all business requirements that need ecosystem solutions, where the line is of what is "in the box", where you need a partner solution, and tips for making the right decision in each area.
