I am a results-driven sales leader with over eight years at Sangoma Technologies, currently serving as Senior Sales Director for EMEA. My approach to leadership is built on honest advice, transparent communication, and long-term partnership — values I consistently instill in my team and that underpin every customer and partner relationship we build.

During my time with the business, I successfully launched and scaled our UK cloud platform, driving sustained growth in customer adoption while expanding the portfolio of value-added services around it. What began as a launch initiative has evolved into a thriving, growing ecosystem that continues to deliver measurable impact across the region.

Today, I lead a high-performing team across EMEA, overseeing regional sales performance and directing connectivity strategy. Together, we have built a strong and loyal partner network, positioning us for continued innovation and long-term growth.

While my role keeps me busy, my most important title is Mum to my son, Axel, who keeps me on my toes and constantly reminds me what truly matters. I’m also proud to serve as Co-Chair of Women in Telecoms at CCUK, championing diversity and the advancement of women within our industry, and as PTO Treasurer at my son’s school, supporting fundraising and community engagement initiatives.
