I Founded my BlueOwl Career Prep + Advising bridges the career prep gap for college students and recent grads to confidently navigate the extremely competitive & complex process of landing internships and jobs. Our BlueOwl Team provides 1:1 start-to-finish resources. I spent 20+ years in the recruiting and talent acquisition arena so I understand what employers are looking for in their talent and hiring. 

My team and I also help college students and new grads who are not sure what they want to do with their degree and need more direction. Our team is fully committed and invested in every student or recent grad that joins our BlueOwl community. We make sure college students & recent grads get internships and jobs!

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and spending time with family, friends, and our 3 dogs. I have completed 9 major marathons and always enjoy adventure and challenge. Sunshine and people motivate me, and I have a strategic approach to solving problems and making things happen while building relationships. I am from Bethesda, MD and currently live in Boulder, CO.

My reward is making an impact on college students and new grads from college to career. I am interested in partnering with students, new grads, and universities to help Gen Z launch their careers.
