Jennifer "Jen" Weinberger is the Chief People Connector at Goldstone Partners, a Colorado-based search and talent advisory firm specializing in recruitment strategy and engaged search for privately held companies. The firm focuses on building startup teams as fractional talent support and advisors.

Jen earned her Executive MBA in 2023 from the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, where she also serves on the Alumni MBA Board. Her career began in retail management, where she took on roles in operations and human resources, leading to a discovery of her strengths in driving results and developing teams. Community service has been a meaningful part of her career, inspiring her to run for an elected official seat in her community, where she served for six and a half years. This experience led her to transition from the private sector to the public sector. She became an Assistant Town Manager, where she discovered her passion for coordinating efforts across various departments and public service.

Jen recently purchased Goldstone Partners and leverages her Executive MBA from Leeds to run the company's operations. She also uses her SHRM-CP and PHR certifications to help entrepreneurs build their dream teams. She believes in mentoring individuals by focusing on their strengths to maximize their potential, aiming to align talent with organizational culture and goals.
