Biography
I grew up in the Denver area and graduated from CU-Boulder after completing the 5-year accelerated accounting program. I graduated in 2018 with my Master’s in Accounting and Bachelor’s with emphases in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate, and a minor in Economics. Afterward, I moved to Southern California and worked on mutual fund taxes for Capital Group, one of the world’s largest and oldest investment management organizations, with over $2.6 trillion in assets under management. I moved back to Denver and spent a couple years auditing hedge funds for a local public accounting firm, where I obtained my CPA license.
Currently, I specialize in Hedge Accounting for large corporate and private equity clients at Chatham Financial, a global advisory and technology firm focused on risk management in the debt and derivatives markets. Chatham Financial has over 750 employees that serve 3,500+ clients worldwide and processes over $1.5 trillion in annual hedged notional.
