Biography

Gerben Hoogwerff Kroon is the Founder and CEO of ROGER365.io. He started the company after identifying a clear gap in the market: organizations migrating to Microsoft Teams needed enterprise-grade contact center capabilities that Teams alone could not provide. ROGER365.io was built from the ground up to solve exactly that, natively inside Teams, with no compromises on functionality or Microsoft alignment.

Gerben brings a deep background in telecommunications and communications software, with earlier roles spanning telecom infrastructure, managed communications services, and his previous venture Ask Roger!, one of the early pioneers in Microsoft Teams-native communications in Europe. That combination of telecom roots and Microsoft ecosystem thinking shaped both the architecture and the business model of ROGER365.io.

Under his leadership, ROGER365.io has grown into an ISO27001 and NIS2.0 certified, Microsoft Unify and Extend certified platform, serving enterprise customers across Europe and beyond through a partner-first channel model.
