If you are travelling by car, please take Junction 11 M25 if you're travelling anti-clockwise or Junction 10 if you're travelling clockwise. The M25 can be really busy between 7am and 10am on this stretch of motorway, especially anti-clockwise around the Heathrow / M4 junctions.
Please allow at least 45 minutes additional time to your travel before setting off, even if Waze / Google maps tell you otherwise.
When driving up Brooklands Drive, please make your way to the mini roundabout in front of the venue. All attendees & exhibitors must take the 1st exit left and follow the signs for the Brooklands Museum and not park in the main dealer car park.
Exhibitors, please park in the exhibitor car park located first left on the first bend in the road (behind the Brooklands Hotel).
Attendees, please continue down the road following the signs for the Brooklands Museum. As you pass the main entrance to Mercedes-Benz World, there is an entrance on your left (labelled overflow parking), turn left here and park on the old race track.
Parking is free of charge.
Electric Cars - there is limited charging points in the main dealer car park. Please refer to this guide: Mercedes Benz World | Weybridge, England | EV Station (plugshare.com)

If you are travelling internationally, the closest airport is London Heathrow. London Gatwick also offers similar transfer time from the airport to the venue due to traffic and transport links.
From Heathrow to Weybridge the average taxi fare will cost around £70-90 one way. You may be able to get a discount if you pre-book. Commsverse has used Parker Car Services a number of years and found them very reliable (they will wait in arrivals for you with a name board) and reasonably priced too. If you plan to transfer from the airport to Weybridge on public transport, the journey will involve both bus and train and is a 50 minute to 1.45 hour transfer depending on the time.
If you wanted a rail only transfer, you're better catching the tube to London Waterloo from Heathrow Terminal 5 and then transferring on to the overground rail service.

The other alternative is to hire a car through one of the most well known hire companies like Sixt, Avis, and Enterprise. If you're confident to drive in a foreign country, this can be the most cost effective transport option for you.
