To help you navigate the event we have spared no expense in creating a venue map to help guide you around :)

The event is split over 3 floors. Ground, 1st, and 2nd floor.

Most of the event centers around the 1st floor, however, some session rooms exist on the ground floor and top floor of the venue.

Ground Floor

When you walk in you are met by a grand escalator that takes you right up to the top floor. To the left of it you will see the track experience booking desk and the Cafe.

Between the track booking desk and the Cafe seating area you will see a double set of doors with a TV screen above it.

This set of doors lead you into Room A, A1, and A2.

Room A will exist only for the Keynote on Day 1 of the event. After the keynote has completed the room will be converted into 2 session rooms, A1 and A2. Access to both these rooms will be through the same set of doors as the keynote and described above.

Once inside, follow the temporary corridor. The first room is A1 and the second room is A2.

Sessions in both A1 and A2 start and end at the same time to keep disturbances down to a minimum.

1st Floor

The 1st floor is home to the majority of the event. For ease of registration we recommend that you take the escalator from the ground floor to the 2nd floor and then walk down the stairs. When at the bottom of the stairs, take an immediate left about turn to walk behind the stair well and around to the registration queuing area.

The 1st floor can be directly accessed either by lifts located in the center of the venue, or by the stairs to the right of the gift shop.

Registration and information desk can be found next to the air bridge by the F1 car hanging from the ceiling.

Crossing over the bridge from registration takes you into the exhibition.

When over the bridge, Room B can be found on the back wall by the food stations towards the right side of the exhibition area. It will be clearly labelled with a TV screen outside the doors. The doors are frosted glass and between 2 pillars.

Room C can be found right at the end of the exhibition hall closest to the main entrance. Entrance to this is through a big sliding patio style door.

Room D can be found by crossing back over the airbridge from the exhibition and into the other wing of the floor. Walk back around and past the hanging F1 car and lifts. Room D can be found on the left and has semi frosted windows with a tyre thread graphic saying "Continental". The room has a glass front overlooking the race track.

2nd Floor

The 2nd floor is home to Room E, the Speaker Lounge, and the After Show Party

Room E can be accessed by taking the escalator from the ground floor or by lift / stairs. Room E is within the circle and is labelled "Cinema". The entrance to Room E is immediately on the right at the top of the escalator within a recess in the circle. You have to go into the recess and then turn to your right to see the door.

The Speaker Lounge is located to the right of the lifts as you exit them on the 2nd floor. It is labelled "AMG Suite".

The bistro is easy to find, it is across the airbridge next to the F1 simulator zone.
