I love the Teams Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and so should you!
Session Description
I think the CQD is awesome, however it is probably one of the bits of Teams that most admins don't use, and possibly don't even know exists. Who can blame them, it's hidden waaaay down there at the bottom of the menu in TAC (Teams Admin Center).
The CQD lets you keep an eye on the quality, reliability, and user experience of Teams for your organization. Do you have a building that gets terrible call quality versus others? CQD will show you that. Call quality slowly degrading as everyone piles back into the office? CQD will show you that, too. Need to justify the purchase of Teams certified headsets? CQD will show you how they compare vs the dreaded "default media device". Or maybe you've looked at the CQD but felt it was just a big jumble of meaningless stuff - great, I'll show you how to turn jumble into organized, and meaningless into meaningful.
I could go on and on writing about how cool CQD is, but instead you should come to this session where I'll walk you through the reports that are available, show you how to drill-down to find the "why" behind the "what". I've also got some really great stories of how I used CQD to solve issues and improve satisfaction with Teams for my customers.
You'll leave this session swooning over CQD, armed with the knowledge of how to use CQD to sort issues reactively and proactively.
