Session Description

Microsoft Teams Rooms is a common meeting room system that makes the meeting experience better for both participants in the room and those connecting remotely. Teams also includes Teams Displays, Teams Panels and Teams Phones, all of which must be connected and managed by the company's IT department.

Anders Green and Linus Cansby work with guiding customers how to easily and safely manage these units in the organization. In this session we will cover some of the issues that customers face when implementing these systems. Are the Android systems really safe, how can we handle MTR systems on Windows in a good way and how can we ensure the devices work while not risking security issues.

With existing solutions in the Microsoft 365 platform, it is possible to secure and manage these devices in a good way for both the IT department and users, and we will show you how to do this with examples from how we configured it for our customers.
