Session Description

In today's world, the frontline workforce, which represents nearly 2 billion people worldwide, is the backbone of communities and economies around the world. 88% of organizations employ people in frontline roles and when frontline workers say something is not working, we can’t afford to ignore them.

With this session we want to show how you can integrate your frontline workers and allowing them to use Teams as your office workers do today. We will show examples of native tools they can use and how you should plan the rollout.

Frontline workers are usably not equipped with laptops, instead they are using smartphones to perform their daily tasks. What configuration do you need to do to enable secure devices that your employees can use. How to perform sign-ins and how can smartphones, that usually are personal, be shared with different users.
