How to select the right communication in Teams - Feedback from the Field

In 80% of my clients I see different examples of how to NOT collaborate in Teams, like...
- Teams only hosting General Channel,
- Threads without converstaions,
- Excessive Chat usage/chaos, while regarding teams remain empty
