Session Description

In 80% of my clients I see different examples of how to NOT collaborate in Teams, like...
- Teams only hosting General Channel,
- Threads without converstaions,
- Excessive Chat usage/chaos, while regarding teams remain empty
- Standard Channels, where a Private or Shared Channels would have been better
- etc.

Question: When to use what? Good question! Becasue it's not always easy to pick the right channel for communication. It's even harder for the standard end user. In this session, let's discover a totally new perspective of the different communitation types in Microsoft Teams. It will be a genius approach to simplify decisions for the right communication channel.

Let's get even beyond! Let's check - and play myth buster - on security and compliance configurations for Standard, Private and Shared Channels while developing a decision matrix for When to use what.
