Session Description

With the Meeting Notes powered by Loop in Teams Meetings, Microsoft Loop components became prominently visible to all M365 users some time ago. Meetings in Teams can be made more agile and transparent with the meeting notes before, during and after the meeting. Direct access to the agenda, notes and tasks for a meeting with editing options for all participants, automatic synchronisation of assigned tasks with ToDo and Planner are just some of the benefits of the meeting notes. Direct access from Teams, Outlook or integration into e.g. Whiteboard and OneNote are further advantages that many have already become accustomed to. The cherry on the cake are the meeting notes automatically created by Copilot (aka Meeting Facilitator) on request. The combination of the two is a real game changer for meetings.

In this session, we will take a look at how manually created meeting notes work and combine them with the automatic meeting notes of Copilot. We'll look at what to look out for when using them and finish with tips and tricks for organising meeting notes from different meetings in one central location (aka automatically creating a loop workspace after a meeting).

We use the possibility to combine elements of the meeting notes with Power Automate, see that meeting notes can also be accessed directly within meeting recordings and expand the standard meeting notes with further useful ‘Atomic Units of Productivity’.

Both in Loop and in the Teams meeting itself, we are actively supported by various Microsoft copilots.

Let's go on a journey through the Loopiverse with Copilot, PowerAutomate and much more.
