In this session we take a deep dive into real world examples of complex Teams Phones Deployments that require careful planning and consideration. While Teams Phones is a robust calling platform there are still solutions that may need 3rd party integrations. 

This session will explore topics around topics like:

-Frontline worker solutions in retail environments

-Overhead bell alerts for incoming calls (manufacturing floors)

-Call Recording for 911 calls

-Delegated calling with sidecar speed dial requirements (law firms as an example)

-Multicast solutions for announcements to Phones.

The intent of this session is to show that while solutions with Teams Phones may not be immediately obvious, with the right planning, testing, and 3rd party partnership a solution is possible.
