Session Description
One common objection to Teams Phone is that it doesn't have enough resilience, even though Microsoft now offer a 99.999% SLA for the Teams Phone component in M365!
In this session we will look at the components and dependencies that make up a Teams Phone solution, how each one can impact the telephony service and what options are available to customers to mitigate these issues.
I will share 7 years of experience talking to enterprise Teams Phone customers about their BCP (Business Continuity Plans). The session will discuss some simple BCP plans anyone can implement today, right through to advanced BCP plans with local site survivability for mission critical environments.
