Session Description

Copilot Studio lowers the barrier to building intelligent agents; designing them for reliability, safety, and impact still requires considered thought.

In this session, we translate research on “agentic” systems into a practical, repeatable design playbook. You will learn how to:

Map the Space, Time, Core principles – align an agent’s purpose, context window, knowledge sources and much more
Set Boundaries – we are in the era of building trust with AI, and boundaries are key. Learn to constrain scope and permissions to prevent capability creep
Embed Ethics – learn how to weave responsible AI principles into your design
Test & Validate – construct harnesses that expose bias, brittleness, and security gaps

Live demonstrations and real-world case studies will be presented, allowing you to see pitfalls and solutions in action.

You’ll leave with an actionable checklist and templates to architect agents that are confident, secure, and accessible from day one.
