Since late 2024, call queues have been receiving new features and functionality. Now, it's time for the auto attendant to be shown a little love.

Mainline Attendant is Microsoft Teams AI-powered auto attendant. Through conversation, it screens calls, answers questions, books appointments, and routes calls. Integration with Microsoft Copilot Studio allows voice agents to handle dynamic  and individualized tasks like billing, orders, and inventory. When handoff to a human agent is required, full context from the call is provided regarding the call and caller.

In this session, we'll walk through example call scenarios, then we'll dive under the hood to see how everything is built. You'll leave this session with a deeper understanding of how Mainline Attendant can be deployed in your organization.
