Biography
Heading the Voca CIC Business Line at AudioCodes, Gidi is leading the product design, business and marketing activities of the company’s AI-first CCaaS solution for Microsoft Teams. In his role, Gidi led Voca CIC to become a leading contact center solution in the Teams space, putting focus on innovation, stability and a forward-looking roadmap that is purely driven by field and customer inputs. Prior to leading the Voca CIC business line, Gidi led business development and marketing for AudioCodesVoice.AI. Working day-to-day in the customer experience for Teams area, Gidi is especially passionate about the democratization of CX capabilities to every department in the company, beyond the traditional contact center space.
