As Head of Professional Services I am responsible for the operational, financial, people, delivery and governance elements of the Professional Services team within the Enterprise Applications division of Incremental Group. Prior to my current role, I was a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solution architect and consultant having completed several large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations with FTSE 250/500 companies across multiple sectors over the last 10 years. Before transitioning to consultancy, I worked client-side in CRM project/programme management for 5 years in the non-profit, facilities management and wholesale distribution industries. I use my experience as well as my technical knowledge to support customers in delivering projects that make a meaningful, positive difference. I love getting involved with the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform community and meeting other users of the technology. I also lead the Reading Dynamics 365/Power Platform User Group and am passionate about helping people join and progress their career in the technology sector.
