Paul is the M365 Global Solutions Designer for WTW, a financial services organisation that operates all over the world. He has been an MVP in the Office Apps and Services category since 2016.

He has been working with SharePoint since the 2003 version and has a wide experience of SharePoint across many industry verticals. With a long background in supporting Windows technologies, Paul originally entered the SharePoint Consulting world as a developer/IT Pro hybrid which has stood him in good stead as his career developed into his current position at WTW. Responsible for 5 different tenants, including a Multi-Geo tenant with 12 Geos, a GCC High and a 21 Vianet service, Paul has a lot of experience across M365 to share.

Paul can often be found at user group events around the UK and Europe as both speaker and attendee, as well as on Twitter using the handle @Cimares. He is also on the steering group of CollabDays, a community led technology event initiative and a co-organiser of several Collab Days events such as CollabDays Birmingham and Bletchley Park.
