Matthew Bryars

Co-Founder
Subphonic (Aiphoria Ltd)

Biography

I build companies that turn complexity into structure.

I co-founded Aiphoria (now trading as Subphonic) to unlock the intelligence hidden inside enterprise conversations.

We don’t just transcribe voice.
We extract signal from noise.

Subphonic focuses on conversational intelligence at scale — helping telecom operators and enterprises surface compliance risk, revenue opportunity, operational friction and customer insight from millions of conversations.

The idea behind the name is simple:
Sub-phonic — beneath the sound.

My background is in physics (MSci, UCL), and I’ve always been drawn to systems where hidden patterns become visible. In many ways, Voice AI is exactly that: structured intelligence emerging from apparent chaos.

Over the past two decades, I’ve built and scaled SaaS businesses across communications and cloud infrastructure, including Aeriandi and Dubber. Those experiences shaped my belief that voice data is one of the most under-monetised assets in enterprise and telecom.

Voice AI is no longer novelty.
It’s infrastructure.

At Subphonic, we’re focused on making conversational intelligence commercially meaningful — not just technically impressive.

If you’re exploring how to turn voice data into compliance strength, customer insight or new revenue streams, I’m always happy to connect.
