Steven Hernandez is a Water Distribution & Wastewater Collection Utilities Superintendent with 25+ years of water industry experience. During this time he has worked in every frontline capacity, including 15-years overseeing underground construction of water, and sewer projects, infrastructure enhancement planning, and budget management, as well as, water production, treatment, water quality control, and water distribution and wastewater collection system operations. In 2016, he founded WaterWisePro Training LLC (WWP), which is the foremost leader in water operator development. He has successfully trained over 15,500+ water professionals through in person seminars, virtual training, most recently at the 5th Annual WaterWisePro: Maintenance & Construction Expo. He also launched the WaterWisePro App in 2020, an operator calculator and Professional Auditory Learning. He carries his California State Water Resources Control Board Water Distribution Operator Grade 5, Water Treatment Operator Grade 4 (recently passed the Grade 5 Exam), and California Water Environment Association Collection System Operator Grade 4.
