Rob Kershner
Biography
Robert Kershner is the founder and CEO of Innovative Treatment Products, Inc. (Innovatreat) based in Owings Mills, Maryland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and has spent over 35 years in the water/environment industry. He began his career as a staff engineer at BCM Engineers in their industrial wastewater division. Rob then transitioned into product development and technical sales during the early 1990’s inception of new nitrogen and phosphorous reduction regulations in and around the Chesapeake Bay watershed. With a broad view of technologies and their applications across the market, Rob then created Innovatreat to develop and manufacture his own brand of novel and efficient systems to treat small-flow wastewater applications for direct discharge and water reuse.
