Catherine Weir is the founder and CEO of 365agents, where she's building the voice and text AI agents reshaping customer experience for service businesses. Her platform powers Receptionist, After Hours, Website, and Texting agents that never miss a call, reply in seconds, and sound like they actually work there.
Catherine has spent her career at the intersection of telecoms, AI, and CX — and is particularly focused on what happens when every service business, not just the enterprise, can afford an agent that never misses a customer.
