With over 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Strategy and Delivery within the Banking and Asset Management field, I specialize in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, passive talent attraction and engagement, process improvement, risk mitigation, compliance coaching, project coordination, succession planning, and CRM management. My recruiting and sourcing experience covers a broad from entry level individual contributor roles to Senior and Executive Leadership positions.
