Tzigane is a Program Manager in the ODA at the Leeds School of Business, where she supports student access, recruitment, and leadership development initiatives. She manages the Business Leadership Program, a week-long immersive experience that introduces high school students to business education through hands-on case competition projects. Tzigane also leads recruitment efforts for prospective students, helping connect students and families to resources and opportunities at Leeds.

Prior to joining Leeds, Tzigane worked as a Career Advisor at CU Boulder's Career Services office, supporting students in exploring career pathways, developing application materials, and finding the bridge between students strengths and interests. She is a CU Boulder alum with a degree in International Affairs and Environmental Studies, and brings experience in student services, communications, and community-based programming.
