Biography
I am comming to Commsverse from Czechia where I work as IT infrastructure product owner for Heidelberg Materials, one of the world's largest manufacturers of building materials.
My background is almost 10 years experience operating and deploying different Voice over IP PBX systems for enterprises and supporting different Contact Center platforms. Before I changed my shoes of system engineer to product owner, I was mostly focused on Microsoft Teams. I am proud of designing and building the Direct Routing infrastructure for smooth migration from legacy phone systems and implementation of Teams Phone in our company. I found out how great community is around Microsoft Teams. That brought me to the very first Commsverse where I decided to share our story as community speaker and I continue in that storytelling also this year with another chapter.
Since 2021 I accepted the challenge and took over the responsibility for Office 365 and Contact Center solutions in Heidelberg Materials as Product Owner, stepping out from purely technical role to product management. But once official Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification became available I could not resist and confirmed I still did not forget what I learnt from real hands-on experience.
My free time is occupied by my two lovely daughters and after hours of sitting in front of the PC I am trying to move my body most probably by dancing or jumping the rope.
