I am the manager of a small team of Tech Advocates who support a workplace of 10,000+ Local Government employees. The team provide tailored support to individuals and departments to maximise the value of Microsoft 365 and to enable them to use technology with confidence. Embracing beginners and trailblazers, sceptics and enthusiasts, the Tech Advocates service is understandably held in good regard.
