Over more than 18 years at Gamma and more than 23 years in the industry, I’ve helped drive the growth of Cloud Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, and, increasingly, CPaaS, eSIM, and IoT—ensuring our service provider partners can innovate, differentiate, and scale.

My focus is on building sustainable, partner‑first commercial models; developing high‑performing teams; and driving transformation across Cloud, Infrastructure, and next‑generation voice services. 

A career highlight has been helping Gamma become the UK’s leading provider of SIP trunking — a unique achievement globally — and leading the team that won Best Wholesale Sales Team at the Global Carrier Awards for three consecutive years.

I am passionate about helping service providers navigate shifting market dynamics: the globalisation of telecoms, the rise of hyperscale platforms, and industry convergence across UCaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS
