Biography
I have spent the past 8 years in the UC & CC industry, beginning my career at a traditional telecom reseller where I sold on-prem Mitel PBXs. Over this time, I’ve had the opportunity to experience multiple technology shifts in a relatively short period, from ISDN and legacy platforms to SIP and privately hosted PBXs, and then to pure UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. Today, I specialize in providing Teams-native CCaaS solutions.
As a passionate advocate for the Microsoft ecosystem, I champion various aspects of Microsoft's modern work solutions, with a particular focus on Teams Voice, Power Platform, Azure Communication Services, and Copilot. Currently, I lead the sales team at Luware across the UK, North America, Benelux, and Nordic regions. Our goal is to centralise customer experience solutions natively within Teams whilst leveraging the broader Microsoft stack.
