Dannah Koeniger, P.E. coordinates and plans all project funding for GMS, Inc. designed projects. Dannah has a complete understanding of the State Revolving Fund loan process as it relates to water and wastewater projects. This is on top of an intimate working knowledge of grant programs through DOLA and CDPHE. The knowledge is topped off with Rural Development. This requires her to coordinate closely with the various governmental agencies to provide small rural communities with financial assistance on their projects. She also has undertaken various financial reviews for water/wastewater projects. She has performed an economic analysis for a water conservancy district to determine the financial feasibility of a five-reservoir project. Dannah has completed various the user rate studies which included financial analysis and customer utilization.
