Over 19 years in sales and leadership, moving from business development and wholesale into channel and partner-led sales. Building ecosystems where partners are the primary engine of growth has been the consistent thread throughout my career.
For the past six years I have focused on digital communications governance and compliance, leading channel sales across UK, EMEA and APAC for Smarsh, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in Digital Communications Governance and Archiving.
What I have learned is that partnerships which drive real revenue come down to three things: speed to first revenue, genuinely equipping partners to have the right conversations, and having someone who owns partner success beyond the contract signature.
