Biography
Michael Brugge is Product Manager at ROGER365.io, where he leads product direction for the ROGER365.io platform. Since joining in 2024, he has been central to driving the platform's evolution across contact center capabilities, Microsoft integrations, and AI-powered features.
Michael brings a strong background in telecommunications infrastructure and Microsoft-centric solution design, with hands-on experience delivering complex deployments for enterprise customers. That field experience directly informs how he approaches product development: grounded in what partners and organizations actually need to build and run in production.
At Commsverse, Michael is the person to speak to about where the ROGER365.io platform is heading and how its architecture enables partners to build differentiated solutions for their customers.
About ROGER365.io
Visit BoothROGER365.io is an ISO27001 and NIS2.0 certified, AI-powered Omnichannel Contact Center and Attendant Console built natively for Microsoft 365. Voice, Social Messaging, SMS, Webchat and more, all handled within a single Teams-native app. Agents get a complete Contact Center toolkit connected directly to automations and business processes. Supervisors get full real-time visibility across every queue, agent, and interaction, including Monitor, Whisper, and Join.
Certified for both Microsoft Extend and Unify
ROGER365.io is among a select group of platforms certified for both Microsoft's Extend and Unify integration architectures. That means deployments can run on either model, mix and match capabilities across environments, and work with Direct Routing, Operator Connect, or Microsoft Calling Plans. One platform, both architectures, full flexibility for every customer scenario.
The Unify certification adds native Teams Phone infrastructure via Azure Communication Services, enabling real-time AI transcription, intelligent routing, sentiment analysis, live translation, and AI-assisted agent experiences without additional SIP trunks or third-party connectors.
A platform built for custom deployments
ROGER365.io is designed for organizations, and the partners who serve them, that expect more than a standard out-of-the-box deployment.
Reporting, analytics, and real-time wallboards are fully configurable through native admin tooling and Microsoft Power BI, built exactly to what each customer operation requires. Automations run on Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps. PowerFrame allows 360-degree customer interaction views to be configured per persona and populated from any data source in the customer environment.
The platform is CRM, ERP, and ITSM agnostic. Dedicated connectors for leading CRM platforms are included out of the box. For everything else, a full API and data import layer connects to any application. AI capabilities work with any LLM: standard configuration examples cover Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Azure Cognitive Services, and any other LLM is fully supported. Bring your own AI, build your own models, deploy on your terms.
A revenue opportunity for partners
This architecture is built with partners in mind. The depth of customization means you can develop differentiated solutions tailored to your customers' geography, market segment, or industry vertical. Custom reporting templates, proprietary automation workflows, persona-driven agent interfaces, and vertical-specific AI configurations can all become partner IP, delivered as managed services or packaged solutions. That is a complete revenue stream, built on a certified, enterprise-grade Microsoft-native platform.
