Kaysha is the Product Manager for Lift Station Rehabilitation at Peak Group Companies, leading strategic initiatives to modernize municipal utility infrastructure. With a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Montana State University and over a decade of experience, she guides cross-functional teams in advancing equipment innovation, project delivery, and asset performance. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and gardening.
