I had my first encounter with Microsoft tools 20 years ago, when I was first introduced to SharePoint. I have never looked back. Not because it was an awesome tool (not back then) but because I could see the potential creating customer value, if used the right way. Focusing on the people and processes, rather than the tools. 

I have helped numerous organisation introducing Microsoft 365 productivity tools, driving the technical implementation as well as ensuring adoption through change management and a human centered approach. In more recent years my focus has been on AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, an area that is truly exciting and fascinating. 

Like a swiss-army-knife I take on different roles depending on what my client needs. Change- or project management, AI and/or Copilot Transformation- and/or Adoption Lead, Microsoft 365 and/or Copilot Trainer, Advisor.....you name it. 

I have been running my own consultancy for 10 years (this coming September) helping large and small customers on their journey to value, with Microsoft 365 Productivity Tools and Now Copilot.
