As a Senior Sales Engineer, my key role is to act as a trusted advisor to provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations of the Martello product line. 

Helping customers enhance the reliability and performance of their Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office 365, comes from understanding the root cause of their issues. Aligning these to the challenges of the modern workplace, where the end-to-end path is no longer a single person or provider's responsibility, means correlating multiple sources, proactive testing and pi-pointing the failure point.

At Martello we have three goals.

Improve IT productivity by prioritizing which users and locations can most benefit from improvements. Quickly pinpoint the root cause of Microsoft 365 & Teams issues focused network diagnostics. Optimize IT's response to future problems by proactively detecting issues before users are impacted.

Martello’s digital experience monitoring (DEM) solutions provide monitoring and analytics on the performance and user experience of critical cloud business applications while giving IT teams and service providers control and visibility of their entire IT infrastructure.
