He loves working with modern solutions and services such as Microsoft Azure, Teams, Power Automate and PowerShell. He's also the creator of the M365 Call Flow Visualizer - a PowerShell tool which can read and accurately create a diagram of Microsoft Teams Auto Attendant and Call Queue Call Flows.
