Biography

Geoff is a dedicated expert in Process Automation, Service Management, and Customer Success, with a strong passion for leveraging Microsoft technology to deliver real impact. With a deep understanding of how to optimize processes and drive outstanding results, Geoff has consistently demonstrated the ability to transform customer experiences and enhance organizational efficiency.

His journey with Power Automate and Power Apps began when he dove headfirst into a project supporting a non-profit in need and he’s been hooked ever since. Skills gained through relentless learning and experimentation have been put to work ever since, driving customer projects and equipping others through training.

As Director of Customer Success at Cireson, Geoff works with organisations all over the world in a range of business sectors providing solutions to all kinds of Service Management, Service Automation and Process Automation challenges using Microsoft Power Platform and Tikit.

Geoff is also a co-founder of Experts Live UK, a Microsoft technology community part of the wider Experts Live Global community, and a huge advocate for community events driving real human connections.
